By creating an account or using Arbor (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter, or otherwise authorised to act on that child's behalf. Arbor is designed to be operated by adults, not by children directly.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Arbor uses AI to generate guidance, summaries, stories and images. AI output can be imperfect or inaccurate and is provided for general support only. You are responsible for how you use it, and you should apply your own judgment, especially for any decision affecting your child's health, safety or education.
You retain ownership of the information and media you provide. You grant Arbor a limited licence to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your family's data.
Some features may require a paid plan. Where you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by that store under its terms; manage or cancel a subscription in your store account. Prices and plan contents may change with notice.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in‑app and reflected by the “last updated” date.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on non‑diagnostic information or AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Arbor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
